Short and sweet this slice shall be
for I cannot find the time
in the 90 seconds that I have
to write what's on my mind.
I wrote a line then edited
and finally hit delete
for I'd lost the flow and balance
that could make my thoughts incomplete
So be kind, please, as you read this
for I did the best I could
to write a slice that's readable
even if it isn't good.
I love it! If you can pull off this much rhythm in 90 seconds I can't imagine what you can do with more time.
