I glimpse a brief shadow just before dawn
ghostly swirls of misty grays, purples, indigo, blues
I wonder
A whisper of calmness drifts into my day
soft muted whites, silvery hues, lavender dreams
I breathe
A quiet comfort soothes me as twilight creeps in
crimsons, oranges, buttery yellows
I sleep
Sweet prisms of color mingle in with my dreams
all wrapped up in your memory
